SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY: Hassa Jewelry uses a range of delivery methods and the costs are as follows: Free delivery on all orders inside UAE and GCC. Delivery by FedEx. £50 flat rate delivery on items outside of UAE and GCC for international shipping and handling. Our international delivery carrier depends on the insurance value and destination of the order. If you are receiving your order outside of the UAE and GCC, you will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping. It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot be held responsible. We kindly ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.
